Vaughan Way, Leicester

Sowden Group is pleased to announce that it has recently handed over a large mainly residential scheme in Vaughan Way, Leicester to Long Harbour.

The Scheme, which is 12 storeys high at its tallest point, includes 297 apartments as well as 4 retail units and 125 car spaces. The site is located in the City Centre of Leicester within the strategic regeneration area and directly opposite the High Cross shopping centre, anchored by John Lewis. The site had been derelict for several years.
